		<description>I guess this was taken just before the motorway opened. There&#039;s something fantastic about seeing it empty like that, and the picture gives us a glimpse into the work of building it. One of my favourite TV programmes of the last couple of years was &#039;The Secret Life of the Motorway&#039;. It&#039;s no longer on iPlayer but there are various extracts online.</description>
